The Basics

Sewing machine

Bring your fashion ideas to life with sewing machines capable of quilting, monogramming, and creating buttonholes. The modern features on our sewing machines make it easy to get started. The space also includes cutting tables, mats, and rotary cutters to make quick work of cutting patterns or quilt pieces. You can fit garment pieces accurately with a dress-form, make curtains, skirts, or kids’ clothes as gifts for others.

Features

Three Brother sewing machines, model SB3129, let you sew straight seams, 10 different buttonholes and zippers, and use zig-zag and overcast stitches. There are three alphabet fonts built in, as well as a variety of decorative stitches.

The machines have free arms and optional wide tables for bulky sewing along with automatic needle threading and thread cutting. A walking foot keeps the fabrics smooth for machine quilting. On screen help provides answers to basic questions.
