Join us for the 29th Annual St. Patrick’s Day Celebration of Song and Dance, sponsored by the Friends of the Public Library, on Thursday, March 17, at 11:45 a.m., in the Main Library Atrium. Featuring music with Foley Road and a special performance by the McGing Irish Dancers, this tribute to Irish heritage is family-friendly and fun!
The McGing Irish Dancers have called Cincinnati home for almost 30 years. They have performed in Hollywood for the late Gene Kelly, danced in the Soviet Union, and toured with the Cincinnati Pops. The McGing dancers are most proud, however, of their local ties to Cincinnati’s libraries, hospitals, charities, and schools.
The McGing Irish Dancers will also be performing at a number of branches throughout March:
Saturday, March 5
Deer Park Branch
Tuesday, March 8
Blue Ash Branch
Wednesday, March 9
Hyde Park Branch
Saturday, March 12
Tuesday, March 15
