2009 was a year of firsts for the Library! Highlights included passage of the Library’s first successful operating levy, significant national and state recognition, record–breaking usage, and many customer service enhancements. Eva Jane Romaine Coombe Director Kim Fender summarizes the major milestones of this momentous year.
