In 2008, Andrew Weil (Spontaneous Happiness, 2011) opened True Food Kitchen with restaurateur Sam Fox in order to create tasty food that also promotes health and well-being. In True Food, Weil and his executive chef Michael Stebner share 125 of their original recipes featuring fresh, seasonal ingredients to show how easy it is to eat well at home. Recipes include corn and ricotta cheese ravioli, vegetables with parmesan broth, and spicy shrimp and Asian noodles.
