Award-winning author Sonali Dev writes Bollywood-style love stories that let her explore issues faced by women around the world while still indulging her faith in a happily ever after. Her new novel, Pride, Prejudice, and Other Flavors, opens a new window, is a multicultural, gender-swapped reimagining of Jane Austen's Pride & Prejudice, opens a new window. It released from William Morrow on May 7. Her novella featuring some of the same characters will appear in an anthology called Once Upon a Wedding due out June 11. Sonali lives in the Chicagoland area with her husband, two teens, and the world’s most perfect dog.
