Health, Law, and Information 

ACLU: Know Your Rights: A Guide for Trans And Gender Nonconforming Students, opens a new window 

Transgender and gender nonconforming students have the right to be safe and to be yourself at school. That is why the American Civil Liberties Union and GLSEN have put together this guide to inform you of your rights.

Apps

Go Speak Up! 

Everyone has the right to feel safe at school. The Speak UP! app was created as a tool to help schools put a stop to bullying, both online and in real life. Students use the app to anonymously report bullying, harassment or safety issues, when they don’t want to or don’t feel safe speaking with an adult.

Refuge Restrooms 

Refuge is an app for transgender, intersex, and gender non-conforming people to help them find safe and single stalled restrooms near them by using GPS. Users can also add restrooms to the database for other users.
