Laptop Kiosks

The Library is helping Hamilton County residents stay connected throughout our buildings with freestanding laptop-dispensing kiosks.

These dispensers securely hold laptops which contain the same suite of software as the Library’s public desktops and allow customers to check out and return laptops directly from the unit with radio-frequency identification (RFID) technology. Library cardholders may borrow one laptop at a time for two hours of use in the Library building.

The kiosks are located in the Main Library’s TechCenter and Atrium, The Carnegie Center of Columbia Tusculum, and the Avondale, Cheviot, College Hill, Corryville, Covedale, Forest Park, Groesbeck, Loveland, Mariemont, Mt. Healthy, Mt. Washington, North Central, Pleasant Ridge, Price Hill, Reading, Walnut Hills, and Westwood branch libraries.
